1.  Where do I enter my coupon code?

When you go to checkout, there will be a text field just below your list of products.  Enter your coupon code there EXACTLY as you received it, then click the update button immediately to the right of the text field.

The coupon value will be shown immediately before the Total Price on a line labeled Discount.

2.  Can I place my order by phone?

Yes, we accept phone orders, but as a small and virtual company, we do not have a large office staff, multiple phone lines, or an answering center. We accept orders between 9 am and 5 pm central time (US), Monday through Friday. If you get our answering machine, please leave a message with your phone number. We will call you back.
