Energion Publications Pre-order Policy
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund. We will notify all customers who have ordered prepurchase copies if the shipment date is delayed by more than one week. After shipment, our return policy is the same as for any other books (returns accepted within 30 days of shipment if in resalable condition). If you are purchasing books needed by a particular deadline, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Your credit card will be charged on order. If you would prefer not to pay at this point, you can place your name on a waiting list and we will notify you when the book starts shipping. To ask to be put on a waiting list, e-mail pre@energion.com using the book title as your subject. In addition, most of our books are offered for pre-order on Amazon.com or B&N about 30 days prior to release. Both of those retailers charge your credit card when the book is shipped.
