Just a servant of the Lord Jesus, living to be His hands and feet to hurting people in a decadent world.
Someone living to expand His Kingdom, helping others to embrace Jesus Christ as their Savior and to obey Him as their Lord.
One who marvels every day at the strength of the Lord Jesus, a strength that is showcased in human weakness.
A child who is learning to live in confidence of the character of her Father.
A bride basking moment by moment in His endless, unconditional, all-encompassing love.
Someone who can’t wait to be Home with the Father, sitting at His feet.
A singer singing the praises of the Lamb who was slain for her, and not only singing, but giving to Him today her power, her riches, her intellect, her strength, her respect, her praise, and her blessing (Rev. 5).
All other things about Becky Lynn Black are meaningless except as they reflect His love and grace to her. Some of His many blessings and mercies to her are her childhood in Ethiopia as the daughter of pioneer missionaries, His gift of education and business in nursing and financial services, His provision of a good and kind husband Dr. David Black, His blessing of wonderful children and grandchildren, and recently His perfect peace and joy in the journey of treating an aggressive cancer. Psalm 103 is a favorite Scripture.
