Linda Estes has lived all but the past two years of her life in rural Southeast Missouri. When her life drastically changed with the death of her late husband, Linda was ready for a new start in life, so off to Texas she went. Linda has carried the love of those from Missouri with her as she has made this transition.
She has loved some of the same things in Texas that she did in Missouri, including her church family, pickleball, Bible studies, swimming, and writing devotions. God has abundantly blessed her by putting her close to her Texas family members. God has definitely shown Linda she is right where He wants her to be for this chapter of life.
Linda is the author of Good Morning, Lord!, Going with the Flow, Letting Go, When Hearts Heal, This is the Day, and Oh Sweet Minnie. Her books have been translated into other languages for use in countries where Christian materials are not readily available. Linda’s prayer is that this sixth book will be used, not only in the United States, but across the globe to help others draw closer to God.

What are your mornings like? Rushing out the door to work, to school, to however many task a day holds? How can your to-do list be longer than the hours in the day? We know we should spend some time with God because He can help us get through this day, but where do we…
