TK Dunn is Associate Professor of History and Theology at Columbia International University and Lead Pastor at Tabernacle Baptist Church. He hails from the United Kingdom, but now resides in Columbia, SC with his wife, Yesenia. He teaches courses in Systematic Theology, Biblical Theology, Evangelical Theology, the Doctrine of Scripture, and Church History, as well as the history of Ancient Greece and Rome, European History, World History, and US History. Teaching such a variety of courses (from a Biblical worldview) gives TK a breadth of knowledge and experience to study Scripture contextually, develop a coherent, Biblical, and Evangelical theological and dogmatic framework, and then apply Scriptural truths to current geo-politics, social issues, and personal, day-to-day issues.
TK has completed his PhD in Divinity from the University of Aberdeen, his MDiv. in Christian Ministry from Southern Seminary, his MA in Church History from the University of Nottingham, and his BA in Modern and Ancient History from Queen’s University, Belfast.
He has written articles and delivered them at ETS.
His recent book, Prophet, Priest, Prince, and the Already, Not Yet: A Theology of the Kingdom of God in Dialogue with Dispensationalism and P. T. Forsyth, was published in July 2023.
