We will accept returns on any product within 30 days of the shipping date. We offer a full refund. Please contact us for return instructions prior to returning an item. Email pubs@energion.com or service@energiondirect.com or call us at 850-525-3916. Orders may also be canceled at any time prior to shipment. We will need the email you used with your order so we can identify it.

If an order is lost or damaged in shipment, our policy is to replace it when past the expected shipping time. Just call or email us and we will arrange to ship you a replacement.

In most cases your product must be returned in suitable condition for sale as new. In some cases we may instruct you to discard the product. We will include a refund of return postage or shipping provided you use the shipping method we request. Reimbursement for return shipping may be sent by check if applicable.

We process returns within 3 business days, but refunds may take longer to appear on credit or debit card accounts due to processing.
